Mobile Studio Architects was invited by the Royal Institute of British Architects to design and run a 3-day architecture workshop during half term break for participants between 15 – 18 years old who are thinking about studying architecture or design.

Visit to UCL, The Bartlett School of Architecture and BMade Workshop followed by model making exercise

Day 1: 5mins + 15mins quick live drawing sessions, plus 30mins group live drawing + 30mins drawing on site

Day 2: Surrealist inspired drawing exercise – 1. Choose a character – 2. Design a furniture for the character – 3. Design a room for the furniture – 4. Design a building for the room

Day 3: Visit to University College London, The Bartlett School of Architecture and BMade Workshop followed by model making exercise for proposals to transform redundant public furniture infrastructure for future use
