The project is a design for student accommodation for Atlantic College Wales. Designed by General Designs and Mobile Studio as a collaborative the proposed typology encourages independent living. Student ‘houses’ are lined along the contours of the sloping site thereby maximizing sea views beyond. The roof design suggests a gentle wave pattern that blends with its surroundings occasionally ‘popping’ higher to accommodate housemasters.
